Clean Air Heating and Air Conditioning is a family owned and operated company that has served Marylanders since 1972. For over 38 years, your friends and neighbors have counted on our professional, no- nonsense approach to serving their residential and commercial heating and cooling needs.

In 1972 with just 10 employees working out of an 800 sq. foot garage in Hamden, Clean Air Heating and Air Conditioning became incorporated. In 1977 we moved to our Fell’s Point location on Central Ave and grew to more than 65 employees. In 1986 we outgrew our 5000 sq. ft. location and moved to our current location in the Holabird Industrial Park in Baltimore. This facility is 27,000 sq. ft and houses our offices, warehouse and sheet metal shop. We presently employ 100 employees.
