Benchmark Tax Appeals is a division of Benchmark Commercial properties, Inc. Founded in 1992 by owner and principal Broker Joseph Cox. For almost twenty years Mr. Cox and his staff have provided commercial sales, leasing and property tax appeal services to clients throughout Maryland and Delaware.
