On June 10, 2013, golfers will play in a sponsored tournament to help students further their education by attending the University of Notre Dame. The Thomas F. Mascari Foundation Annual Golf Tournament is held in Maryland each year. Thomas F. Mascari attended the University of Notre Dame and went on to found Merry Maids and Home Instead Senior Care. He passed away after battling Crohn’s disease at the age of 39 and the Thomas F. Mascari Foundation was created in his honor.
