If you have a conventional loan-
First, your home mortgage must be owned or guaranteed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac prior to June of 2009. The bank that collects your payments is most likely just the servicer of your loan. There is a very good chance Fannie or Freddie owns your loan and you were never made aware of this.
To see if this is the case, you will need to go to each of the websites below to determine whether Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac owes your loan. All the information you will need to do this is your name, address and the last 4 digits of your social security number.

Once you have determined that Fannie or Freddie owns your loan, please contact your local, licensed mortgage professional to continue the qualification process.
If you have an FHA or VA loan, you should qualify for a streamline refinance. Streamline refinances typically require very little documentation and often have no closing costs to obtain.

This past Saturday, May 12, 2012, Adventure Web Productions sponsored a team in the second annual Ed Reed Flag Football Tournament. The team, which played in the 16-team competitive division, won its first three games handily and made it all the way to the championship (refereed by Ed Reed, himself), only to fall to the eventual champs.
Still, all involved – including two AWP employees (Zach Moore and Bobby Lubaszewski) – loved every minute of the event, which included appearances from other Baltimore Ravens players, such as Lardarius Webb and Michael Oher (both pictured below with the AWP team).
About the Event:
The second annual Ed Reed Flag Football Tournament, held at Cedar Lane Regional Park in Bel Air, was co-sponsored by the RAACE Foundation (Race Against Abuse of Children Everywhere), an organization dedicated to raising public awareness of and helping to eliminate child sexual abuse.
